Hey There! So excited to share my 2025 planner with you here on the blog, this is my favorite layout so far! As I’ve shared before, the yearly binder system is one of my favorite tools for managing all the different aspect of life. To read more about why I love this system and how I organize everything, check my post A Destination System. Going into this year I was looking for planning inserts and couldn’t find anything that was even close to what I wanted so I made my own. I’ve got some work left to do to get everything just perfect, but it get’s the job done for now and has all the elements I think are the most important. I’m going to explain my reasoning behind each section and then the PDF’s are at the bottom of the page if you’re interested in using any of them!

Front Page
Theme:
I choose a theme word for the year, often it represents an attitude, quality, or truth that I want to pay attention to and remind myself of.
Priorities:
I’ve had this category for the last several of years because it’s meant as a reminder of what is most important to me, and reflect’s why the other goals are even relevant. I’ve found that in the mist of the craziness of life it’s helpful to have a reminder of what really matter’s in from of me as a source of accountability and balance.
Dreams:
I think our dreams (so long as their ethical) are a source of light in our life. They can bring hope, excitement, and and passion to each of our experiences. In times of comfort, dreams can feel frivolous, but in time’s of pain and scarcity a dream is often all you have and it lights such a fire within. In my dreams section, I list my big dreams, the one’s I have no idea how they would happen if they even could.
Objectives/ Goals:
These are my targets, and some of them are not small by the way. I put “dreams” I’m working on, or have a plan to accomplish in this category. I also include
Intentions:
How I plan to be. Mindset I intent to have, the version of myself that I intend to show up in life

Masterminding the Era of this year (Page 2)
What would you like to feel and experience in life this era?
To answer this question, put on paper the types of experiences you want to have and what you want your internal state to be like. Some examples could be: peacefulness, abundance, exhilaration, feeling that your work is meaningful, fill in the blank. The reason for this prompt is NOT to perfectly figure out what you want the most, so don't overanalyze. The point of this exercise is to help you see what you value so you can live that out. If you're naturally inclined to having big dreams this is very helpful because when you discover the underlining emotion that excites you about your aspirations, you can incorporate that now instead of chasing it.
How I picture it looking:
For this question write out the types of environments, places, and activities you imagine when thinking about the question above. Consider what you can do to make those events happen, or to create other experiences that capture the same value. For example, if you want to go on an overseas vacation with your famiy for a month and that isn't on the harrizon for this year, think of other ways to have fun, relaxed, quality time with them.
Why this vision is important:
Think though and journal about the following questions: What do the desires listed above mean to you? Why are they important? Why is the effort required worth it?
Who and what inspires me:
We all have our challanges and low moments. What motivates you when things are hard? What ideas or people have been inspiring in your life?

Self Development (Page 3)
Vision for myself:
In this space I describe how I want to be as a person, how I see myself in my imagination and what I'm growing toward.
Qualities & Characteristics I value having in myself:
This section is in list format and the objective is to take the qualities from the question above along any other character values and list them.
Self Audet:
Do an analysis of yourself against your qualities and character list to see your strengths and weaknesses.
To Develop This Year:
Take the weaknesses you identified in the self audit and make a plan to improove on them.

Details Page Page 4
Habits/Routines:
List the systems, routines, and habits you plan to use throughout the year.
Daily Method of Operations (DMOs):
Daily method of operations are the activities you do have a successful day and accomplish your long term goals. I reccomend starting off by listing everything you NEED to do in a day, and then come up with what you can do everyday to work on your objectives.
Affirmations:
You can do a couple things with this catagory. The first idea is writing I AM affirmations to inform your mind about who you want to be. The second idea about this section is to write encouragement to affirm yourself.

Quarterly Planning:
Dividing the year into 4 quarters consisting of 3 months each is a great way to tackle yearly goals. Each quarter you can review the yearly planning you've done and evaluate how the process is going. At the beginning of the year you can also create stages for your objectives.

Monthly Planning
At the beginning of each month take inventory of what all you have going on and what your priorities are. Make a list of your large projects, and the smaller tasks you need to get done so it's on paper not just in your head. This step is also helpful for budgeting because it helps you prepaire for what your needs will be during that month. Finally write an overal intention for the month, and jump into action.

Weekly Planning
This is probobly my favorite page because I get so much use and mental peace from it. At the beginning of the week I set my intentions which typically include these three catagories: something I'm focusing on spiritually, the overall outcome I'm aiming for, and a charachter or personal quality I'm working on. Next I list my to do items, current projects, and Personal pursuits. After that I will fill in the habbit tracker and fill in my schedule. Personally I love getting artistic and deccorating the pages, I highly reccomend!
